These one hour classes are a guided relaxation experience unlike anything you've ever done! Participants rest comfortably on the floor and are guided through a series of sensory and visualization exercises. No yoga experience necessary. Suitable for everyone as there is no movement or stretching involved - simply resting on your back!

Yoga Nidra means "Yogic Sleep" and it is a deep state of relaxation where you will experience complete rest and renewal.  Yogis and ayurvedic physicians use this ancient practice to soothe and refresh the nervous system and to calm stress and anxiety. 

Special to these programs is the playing of bronze bowls. These ancient instruments are hand-forged in the Himalayas, and have been used by monks and holy men for more than 3,000 years. The unique resonance of the bowls harmonizes the energy centers (chakras) in the body.
